The Arts Team are working with students who are new to Sydney Catholic Schools and starting their education in the system with very little or no spoken English.
The aim of this program is to enhance English literacy skills through Drama. The workshop content encourages students to learn language by physically interpreting sounds and meanings, to explore English through movement, play and characterisation, and to also be the in-class support for their peers who are all at different stages of their learning.
