Sally Dashwood née Hare is a performer, choreographer and director of Australia’s premiere female tap dance company Girls On Tap who recently performed a sold-out season at Glen Street Theatre.

Most recently Sally was Associate Director/Choreographer for A Chorus Line for the Sydney Festival, Assistant Director of La Boheme on Sydney Harbour and choreographer of Packemin’s Legally Blonde. She was Assistant Director to Dean Bryant on Opera Australia’s production of  Two Weddings One Bride and Assistant Choreographer/Dance Captain to Kelley Abbey on Carmen on Sydney Harbour.  Sally has been rehearsal choreographer on productions Il Turco in Italia and Lucia di Lammermoor for Opera Australia.

Other credits include: Untapped! with Raw Dance at the New Victory Theatre on Broadway and at Adelaide Fringe Festival, ensemble/understudy Lambchops in the Australian Tour of Fame the Musical, ensemble/Phyllis in Mack and Mabel at The Hayes, ensemble member of Carmen, ensemble member of Candy Man, Junkyard Beats, Jamestown, backing vocalist in The Divine Miss Bette, ensemble member in Veronica Beattie’s What is Jazz, Assistant Choreographer/Dance Captain of OzPanto’s Snow White and Aladdin, motion capture cast member of Happy Feet 2 and assistant to Creative Directors/Choreographers in The Squared Division on The X Factor.

Sally has danced for artists including; Kylie Minogue, Olivia Newtown-John, Delta Goodrem, Meghan Trainor, Redfoo, Samantha Jade, Timomatic, Taxiride, and has danced on tv showsThe X Factor, The Voice, Australia’s Next Top Model, Celebrity Splash and Australia’s Got Talent.
